ALTIPLANO, a Peruvian Cyberpunk Saga (2019-2022)

Written and drawn by Gustaffo Vargas, this is a graphic novel about monkeys, jaguars, cyborgs, sex and warfare with a grand finale. Lila and Sonia are on the run from an evil corporation, which is determined in finding a hidden asset from their past.

Lila hides deep in the Peruvian jungle, protected by her cyborg creatures. A big Corporation is looking for a person from her past. Her explosive girlfriend, a mad gangbanger, mafia lords, robots and cyborg assassins will put Lila to her limits, while she traces the steps back to her old friend.

Peruvian Cyberpunk is Peruvian Culture meeting Hi & Lo Technology in a Dystopian world, with Pre-Incan influences and post-colonial themes.
